Qlife consolidates all the available social media as a central pod so that the public would be able to review whatsoever been updated in different types of applications. Qlife marketing would sort out the similar goods or services provided in the selected area for the public and the public may enter into the profile of each business to review or contact the business before they visit the physical store.

2. What are the strength of Qlife and why should we sign up as a Qlife Business Owner?

In view of the information age, traditional marketing is no longer useful compared to digital marketing. However, Qlife noticed that there are many entrepreneurs and businesses who are suffering from the lack of capital to invest in the digital marketing industry. This will cause the information of entrepreneurs and businesses are cannot be found and search by public, and will lead the company and businesses lack of visibility and market share in the relevant market.

Qlife provides a platform for SME to promote its business in our website with a low prices compared to the market competitors. Besides. Qlife created a successful filter systems to enables visitors to search for the business related.

3. Which state of Malaysia are covered by Qlife?

We feel very honored that we are open to all states.

4. If my customers visit and knew my business through Qlife Platform, is that any surcharges will occur?

No. The transaction between you and your customers not are relevant to us. Qlife just provide a platform for you to promote your business.

5. Did Qlife is open for 24×7 on internet?

Yes. Qlife Platform will open 24×7 hours, except maintenance period, which usually will be implement during midnight.

You can just simply register an account with Qlife Platform. Qlife Platform will publish your business information in Qlife as a business profile. Qlife provides an excellent filter systems and search engine which for visitor to filter and search for the business they expected. Besides, we do provide few advertisement promotions which will boosts your business profile on the front page of Qlife and indirectly expand the visibility of your business profiles to your potential customers.

2. Are we able to promote illegal products or services via Qlife? 

No, Qlife are not allow business owner to sell illegal products or services via Qlife platform such as drugs selling, sexually activity, marijuana, firearms and other prohibited items.

3. Can i markup the price of my products or services on Qlife?

We are strongly not recommend to markup the price of your products or services. Qlife are not having any surcharges of the transaction between you and your customers. Hence, you can just remain the price of your products and services.

4. Are we able to change my business profile in Qlife?

Yes. You can just change your business profile by submit the updating business information form to us. Therefore, we will do the rest of updating procedure.

5. Will I be able to see the my potential customer’s details?

Unfortunately, in this Qlife version, we are not provide potential customer’s details reviews services. However, you can review the website visit rate via your own business profile.

1. How long does the promotion FREE (Lite Plan), RM1 (Basic Plan), RM2 (Pro Plan) and RM3 (Advanced Plan) last for?

The promotion period of this special events will be valid from August 9, 2020 until November 30, 2020. Business owner can register as a Qlife business owner to enjoy the package promotion within this period.

2. Does Business Owner has any obligation towards the subscription with Qlife?

Yes. Business owner must read through and acknowledge the Terms and Conditions.

1. How do I sign up for Qlife?

  • For Visitor, you are not required to register as a member to review Businesses Information. 
  • For Business Owner, you are required to register as a Qlife Business Owner in order to publish your business information in Qlife Platform. Please have a review on the Advertise On Qlife for business registration.

2. How do I change the language of Qlife?

  • You are able to change the language by clicking the button at the left side bottom in every pages. The default language of Qlife is English, you are able to change the language to Mandarin.

3. After completing the paperwork by submitted the business registration form, when can we start to review our own business profile?

  • After you submitted your business registration form to us, we will take approximately 3-5days to complete uploading. After the business profiles was uploaded completed, we will make an announcement and notice to you via email or whatsapp. 

4. Is there any contract period?

  • Qlife Platform are open-ended and do not carry any contract period. If your company wish to terminate the Qlife services due to any particular reason, a written notice of 2weeks has to be served.

1. Is it possible to upgrade my plan at Qlife?

  • Yes, you can upgrade a plan at Qlife by paying only the difference between the price of the plan you’ve got and the price of the plan you want to purchase. 

2. How can I upgrade my subscription?

  • If you have any Qlife subscription, which either is Lite Plan, Basic Plan, Pro Plan or Advanced Plan. Besides, If you intended to upgrade your Qlife subscription or shift between these 4 plan. You are able to upgrade your Qlife Plan by contact us via 016-7828727 (Qlife Marketing), or whatsapp 016-7828727 (Qlife Marketing), or email us at support@qlife.com.my

3. What if I want to cancel my membership?

4. Can i cancel my subscription and what happens if i cancel after 3 days? 

  • Yes, your paid subscription can be cancelled anytime by shifting to Lite plan or deleted all your business information related on Qlife Platform.
  • Any subscription canceled in the first 3 days is fully refundable. 
  • If you cancel more than 3 days after your initial purchase, your payment is non-refundable and may be subject to a cancellation fee.
    • Monthly plan with no annual commitment: After 3 days, a cancellation fee of 50% of the remaining balance of your contract obligation may apply. The remaning balance of the payment will be refund to your company.

5. What happens to my business information on Qlife Platform if I cancel?

  • If you decide to cancel your paid subscription, you will no longer have most of the services included in your paid Qlife subscription, and your account will be shift to a Lite Plan. However, you are able to apply for cancel all of your business information registration, which your business information will no longer to publish in Qlife Platform.

6. How do I purchase a Qlife subscription plan?

  • In Qlife Platform, we have different plans which are Lite Plan, Basic Plan, Pro Plan and Advanced Plan. Please review more information on the Advertise on Qlife page.

7. Which payment options are available for purchasing Qlife subcription plan?

  • Qlife Marketing only accept Cash Deposit, DuitNow and Internet Banking. Please review more information on the Billing Information page.

8. What are the minimum payment of subscription? Can i pay 10 days of subscription fees only?

  • Minimum payment for subscription is RM30 for Basic Plan, RM60 for Pro Plan and RM90 for Advanced Plan. It works as a prepaid basis, the credit will be discounted once the subscription has been activated.

1. What are the working hours of Qlife support team?

  • We are available for support from 9 AM to 6 PM as per Malaysia (GMT+8) timezone during weekdays.

2. What is the average estimated reply time?

  • The average estimated reply time from Qlife support team is 24 hours (1 day). However, in most of the cases, the support agent responds in 1-2 hours.

3. Which language is Qlife Platform available?

  • The language of Qlife Marketing only available for English and Mandarin.

4. Which language of support services are accepted?

  • There are only three language are accepted, which included Mandarin, English and Malay(Bahasa Melayu).

  • When something gets reported to Qlife, Qlife Support Team review it and remove anything that goes against few rules which included
    • Violence and Incitement (Language, Racism, Personal, Businesses, Organization Abuse and other prohibited action)
    • Dangerous Individuals and Organizations (Terrorist activity, Organized hate, Organized violence or criminal activity)
    • Regulated Goods (i.e: drugs, non-medical drugs, marijuana, firearms and other prohibited items)
    • Fraud and Deception (i.e: intentionally deceiving humans to benefit an unfair benefit or deprive any other of money, property, or felony right.)
  • However, we are not able to guaranteed that the action will be implement. Qlife reserved the final decision of the judgement on the particular reporting abuse cases.

2. Reporting Inappropriate Customers Reviews

  • You are able to make a report to us via whatsapp 016-7828727 (Qlife Marketing), or email us at support@qlife.com.my
  • You might screenshot the images of the certain customers reviews, and send to us directly. It will help us when the content has been evaluated by our moderators, and it may take several days.
  • Qlife are support wide range of voices, opinions, and experiences as a review. However, Qlife reserved the right to remove a review if we perceived it violates our content policies.
  • There are few policies are highlighted which included:
    • Reviewer has an apparent conflict of interest​
    • Reviews are considered false reviews
    • Reviews are consist of hate speech, threatening language or other extreme negative reviews.
  • However, we are not able to guaranteed that the action will be implement. Qlife reserved the final decision of the judgement on the particular reporting abuse cases.
